Delivery Policy

The English Garden partners with select local flower shops across the nation for deliveries outside of Orange County, California. We work with each florist to ensure every order is made to our standards of excellence.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to limited availability of certain flowers throughout the season. Designers make every effort to maintain the theme of the arrangement using the freshest floral products of equal or greater value. If the floral arrangement container is not available at the time of your order, we will substitute the container with a similar container of size, shape and equal or greater value. Our designers will never compromise on quality.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and changes to orders should be made as soon as possible and are required 24 hours before delivery date.
